The Everett AquaSox downed the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes, 5-4, in 10 innings. Ned Smeby led the way, going 3-for-5 for Everett. The AquaSox raised their record to 32-22.
The game ended in the bottom of the tenth when Smeby hit a tie-breaking solo home run. The blast allowed Everett to capture a thrilling win.
