Napoleon Goes on Rampage Against Tigers
Tuesday, August 27th , 1963
Danny Napoleon had an answer for everything the Jamestown Tigers threw at him today at Shuron Park. The Geneva left fielder went 5-for-5 in the game to put his name in the record book and put the Redlegs on top, 8-7.

Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Napoleon said, "I just see the ball and I hit it."

Danny Napoleon hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Maxmillian Stoll in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Leo Newton in the 6th and singled in the 8th.

For the year Napoleon is batting .322 with 109 hits and 29 home runs. He has scored 59 times and driven in 68.
