Dodgers Snatch Late Win
The Los Angeles Dodgers trumped the Carolina Disco Turkeys, 9-6, at Dodger Stadium. Los Angeles designated hitter Schuyler Inglese was terrific. He was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The first-place Disco Turkeys have lost 4 straight games.

Los Angeles won the game in the bottom of the ninth inning. With two outs and Hông Lai on the mound for Carolina, second baseman Brady Blanchard hit a dramatic 3-run home run, bringing Dodgers fans to their feet.

"It's great when the crowd is energized," Blanchard said.
