Season Possibly Over for Juan Silva Sunday, July 8th , 2029 The season is finished for Juan Silva of the Texas (DSL) Rangers Blue. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Rangers Blue starting pitcher suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Toronto (DSL) Blue Jays. Team doctors said it would take at least 9 months to heal. Currently Silva has a record of 2-1 with 14 strikeouts and 11 walks in 26.1 innings and a 3.42 ERA. |
