Braves Tavarez Smacks 5 Hits Tuesday, July 3rd , 2029 The Atlanta (DSL) Braves stopped the Kansas City (DSL) Royals Glass by a score of 31-4 at Atlanta Braves Complex, with the lion's share of the credit going to third baseman Ambioris Tavarez. The 25-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Tavarez said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard." Tavarez did just that in his 6 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Royals Glass. "Not much that I can say," offered Kansas City (DSL) manager Danny Dorn. "He just hammered the heck out of us." Ambioris Tavarez walked in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th and flied out in the 7th.
