Week's #1 Player Honored by EL Monday, May 1st , 2028 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Ross Highfill was rewarded with the Eastern League Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Somerset Patriots catcher hit .346 while collecting 9 hits in 26 at-bats, 5 home runs and 8 RBIs. So far this year Highfill has hit .276 with 5 home runs, 9 RBIs and 13 runs scored. |
