Malone Shuts Out Reno, 2-0 Thursday, May 12th , 2033 Eddie Malone subdued the Reno Aces, 2-0, pitching a 3-hit gem for the Las Vegas Aviators at Las Vegas Ballpark. "He was kind of teasing them with his off-speed stuff, and his fastball was moving everywhere," Las Vegas skipper Hugh Quattlebaum said. Malone registered 6 strikeouts and issued 2 walks in his superb performance. "We just didn't swing the bats very well.
