Dominican Rookie League Announces Best Manager Monday, September 18th , 2028 Cesar Guillen stepped before the microphone today and accepted his Dominican Rookie League Manager of the Year award, thanking the whole Chicago A (DSL) White Sox organization for making the 2028 season such a success. Guillen struggled to find the right words. "My father was a drill instructor in the military. He taught me that you have to work hard, set goals and accept responsibility for your actions. That's what the entire Chicago A (DSL) organization did this year. My dedicated owner, coaching staff, hard-working and talented players and loyal front office all made this award possible. I thank them for it." And what a year it was. Guillen sparked the White Sox to a 61-11 record and a first in the Boca Chica Baseball City Division standings. |
