Pittsburgh (DSL) Loses Harvey Ruiz, Will Miss Season Friday, August 11th , 2028 Harvey Ruiz will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Pittsburgh (DSL) starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Ruiz was injured while throwing a pitch in the Pirates 1-Athletics clash at Juan Marichal Complex recently. Doctors said he has a torn labrum and would be out a minimum of 6 months. This season Ruiz has compiled a 0-4 mark, 5.24 ERA and made 9 starts. |
