5-for-5 Game for Rodriguez Monday, June 12th , 2028 It doesn't happen very often, but it did for Noe Rodriguez today -- a 5-hit effort. He went on a rampage at Tampa Bay Rays Complex and paced the Rays 1 to a 4-3 win over the Boston (DSL) Red Sox 1. After his dynamite batting performance, the Tampa Bay (DSL) second baseman told reporters that he "just tried to get in a good count and have a good at-bat. That's all I can control." His philosophy paid dividends today. He slammed 5 hits in 5 tries and put his name in the record book. Noe Rodriguez singled in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
