Idaho Falls Loses Harrison for Year
Saturday, September 2nd , 2028
The doctors have spoken and Pete Harrison of the Idaho Falls Chukars didn't like what he heard. The 19-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Harrison sustained his season-ending injury during the Great Falls Voyagers game yesterday at Centene Stadium. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Idaho Falls medical staff reported Harrison had a torn labrum and would be absent from the lineup for at least 4-5 months.

For the year, Harrison has collected 1 save in 9 relief appearances. He has also rung up 7 strikeouts and 3 walks in 10.2 innings while registering a 0.84 ERA and a 1-0 won-lost mark.
