For the victorious Kannapolis Cannon Ballers, that meant the South Atlantic League Round 2 trophy. The Cannon Ballers took a 5-2 victory over the Augusta GreenJackets at Atrium Health Ballpark, winning their 2nd championship after taking the series 3-1. "We've got grit," said Cannon Ballers second baseman Jaden Brown, who was named MVP of the series. "We know how to win when we have to."
