Kinser, Flores Suspended for Fracas Sunday, August 13th , 2028 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Asheville-Greensboro contest at McCormick Field. The Tourists Steve Kinser and the Grasshoppers Jose Flores will have to sit out 4 and 8 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. This season Kinser has 1 home run and a .125 batting average. His record this season is 2-0 in 5 starts and Flores has a 3.96 ERA. |
