MID Names Top Player of the Week Monday, April 17th , 2028 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Midwest League, but last week Ruben Libertini of the Bowling Green Hot Rods reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Libertini rocked opposing pitching for a .385 average (10-for-26), 2 home runs and 9 RBIs to come away with the award. |
