Barrera 5-for-6 for Reds
Getting 5 hits in a game doesn't happen every day, so it was a special occasion for Reds's Jorge Barrera at Goodyear Ballpark. Barrera put up a 5-for-6 line against the Cleveland (ACL) Guardians, swinging the bat with authority all day despite his club's eventual 13-11 loss.

"I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Barrera said after the game. "I had some real good at-bats. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em. I had a great day, but it's disappointing to lose."

Disappointed or not, he still gets his name in the record books. Jorge Barrera hit a solo-shot off Joe Picasso in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.

Thus far this year, Barrera is batting .342 with 2 home runs, 15 RBIs and 18 runs scored.
