The Arizona Tech Flames grabbed a win, 10-2, over the Puget State Fighting Puffins at Fighting Puffins Field. Arizona Tech left fielder Elijah Johnson went 3-5 with 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2. The Flames improved to a lofty 27-9.

Arizona Tech used the hitting of Jeff Galvin to pick up the win. The catcher clubbed a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth inning to put the Flames on top, 2-1. For the game, Galvin had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"There's ebbs and flows in the season and right now we're just looking to finish strong," said Johnson.
