Puget State Gets 4-2 Win
The Puget State Fighting Puffins dealt the Arizona Tech Flames a 4-2 loss at Arizona Tech Grounds. Taylor Richardson, who finished 2nd in the in doubles with 19 last year, was the star on offense. He went 4-5 with 3 doubles, while scoring 2 runs. Jim Rice collected save number 4. The victory gives the Fighting Puffins a record of 15-9.

Puget State used the hitting of Jarred Anderson to pick up the win. The designated hitter clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Fighting Puffins on top, 2-1. For the game, Anderson had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
