Begley Homers Twice in 4-0 Express Win
Behind a solid performance from left fielder Ken Begley, the West Texas State Express defeated the Pacific Northwest Univ. Voyaguers, 4-0. Begley belted 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2 for the Express. The Express, now 8-1, have hit the ground running this season.

With West Texas State leading 1-0 in the top of the third, Begley hit a curveball from Kevin Woolcock for a solo home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Express ahead, 2-0.

"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said West Texas State manager Ty Boyko. "It's usually not just one thing."
