Behind a fine performance from Casey Hume, the Univ. of the Bayou Crocs knocked off the West Texas State Express, 7-2. Hume was 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Crocs. With the win, the Crocs have a record of 28-14.

Hume had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a 0-2 cutter from Ross Jacobus, he banged a grand slam home run to left-center, giving the Crocs a 6-2 lead. It was the 14th home run of the year for Hume.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Hume said.
