Angels Arturo Giraldo Will Miss Season Wednesday, July 20th , 2044 The season is finished for Arturo Giraldo of the Los Angeles (DSL) Angels. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Angels reliever suffered an arthritic elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Houston (DSL) Astros. Team doctors said it would take at least 4-5 months to heal.
