Nanez Tosses Shutout Against Indians 2 Tuesday, August 4th , 2043 Tony Nanez scattered 7 hits over 9 innings, going the distance in the Pittsburgh (DSL) Pirates 1 1-0 victory over the Cleveland (DSL) Indians 2 at Academia de Prospecto Complex. The 21-year-old Nanez whiffed 5 and issued 2 walks. "Not perfect today, but I'll definitely take it," Nanez said. "I made a couple mistakes but thankfully they didn't get all of them and the guys behind me cleaned things up." To date in the season, Nanez is 4-1 with 14 relief appearances and 1 save.
