LeGrand Sends Omaha Bats to Deep Freeze
In a seemingly effortless performance, Doug LeGrand of the Nashville Sounds shot down the Omaha Storm Chasers, 4-0, on 6 hits.

"Doug was just locating so well and using his pitches," Nashville manager Carlos Francisco said later. "He wasn't leaving anything over the plate."

LeGrand recorded 7 strikeouts and 1 walk in a strong outing.

"When he needed to make pitches, he elevated his game," Omaha manager Nicholas Bartolone said in postgame comments to BNN. "We couldn't get a key hit off him."
