Brewers Win, 9-5, in 15
Extra innings were needed to determine a winner at Great Ohio Ball Park.

The Milwaukee Brewers locked up a win at Great Ohio Ball Park, knocking off the Cincinnati Reds, 9-5. On the mound for Milwaukee was right-hander Tak-wai Zhou. He played a major role in the triumph. Dave Young, credited with the win in relief, is now 1-0. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings.

The game was at a stalemate until catcher Jose Delgado came to bat in the top of the 15th. Facing Cincinnati pitcher Greg Dunn, he hit a 2-0 curveball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Milwaukee on top, 6-5.

"I play this game for myself and my family, but of course it's always nice when we can win," said Zhou.

Milwaukee's record now stands at 44-43, placing them second in the National League North Division.
