In an impressive outing, Jayden Brown blanked the Greensboro Grasshoppers 1-0.

"I'm getting a lot more downward movement instead of side to side. That side-to-side stuff can get hit a long way," said Brown, who is throwing with more of an overhand motion.

"It's not rocket science. It was just a little adjustment, but that's all it took."

The Delmarva hurler held Greensboro scoreless, allowed 10 hits, chalked up 8 strikeouts and yielded no walks.

This season, Brown has compiled a 3-2 mark with a 1.74 ERA in 5 starts.
