Aberdeen Ironbirds third baseman Danny McClelland really lit up the State College Spikes with a 5-hit barrage at Ripken Stadium -- a performance that sparked the Ironbirds to a 6-3 triumph.

He shrugged off the performance after the game, saying "sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes."

Danny McClelland singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Kyle Whitfield in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Jim Mikolajczak in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
