Virgil Batters San Francisco (ACL) Big Time Monday, June 10th , 2041 No matter what the San Francisco (ACL) Giants Orange threw at him, Shiloh Virgil hit it. He easily handled Giants Orange pitching, going 5 for 6 and helping the Angels triumph, 32-6, at Tempe Diablo Stadium. "The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Virgil's quip, Giants Orange skipper said he "would take him up on that next time." Shiloh Virgil hit an RBI double in the 1st, hit a GRAND SLAM off Luis Flores in the 2nd, walked in a run in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run double in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Juan Molinero in the 7th and flied out in the 8th. |
