Linttell Wins TL Player of the Week Monday, June 8th , 2043 The top batter in the Texas League last week was Dalton Linttell, who batted .500 and towered above everybody with a 5-game hitting barrage. During the week Linttell banged out a .500 batting average (9-for-18), 4 home runs, 11 RBI and scored 7 runs. Today the Springfield left fielder received the TL Player of the Week Award. To date, Linttell has collected 17 hits for a .354 average. He has posted 6 home runs, scored 16 runs and driven in 20 runs. |
