Mullinax Gets 6 Hits
It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Michael Mullinax. Mullinax went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off St. Louis pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Busch Stadium, he had a 6-for-6 line and a day he will long remember. And the California Angels had a win, 15-5, over the Cardinals.

"Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview.

Michael Mullinax singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th and hit a two-run single in the 9th.
