Bad News for Cano and Chicago Monday, September 8th , 2008 Chicago White Sox second baseman Robinson Cano got another setback today. His doctors informed him that his injury was not responding to treatment as well as they hoped and that he would need more time to rehabilitate. If all goes well, they expect Cano to be ready to go within one week. He told BNN, "I didn't expect elbow inflammation to take this long to heal." For the year Cano is batting .278 with 14 home runs, 72 RBIs and 70 runs scored. |
