Blue Jays Prevail, as Championship Series Goes to the Wire
In an exciting Championship Series that had its fair share of drama and intrigue, perhaps it is Major League Baseball fans who have come out the winner.

But on the field, the winners were the Toronto Blue Jays, who edged the Seattle Mariners 4-3 to advance to the World Series.

Toronto won the final game by a 8-4 count to wrap up the series. Brian S Giles earned series MVP honors, by hitting .367 with a .441 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 7 runs.

The Toronto Blue Jays will play against the Houston Astros in the next round. Houston won their series against the Atlanta Braves 4 games to 1. The World Series schedule will be announced after the Championship Series finishes.
