The Cleveland Indians knocked off the Kansas City Royals, 6-5, in AL action at Jacobs Field 1994-2014. Cleveland pitcher and The United States, native Archie Bradley had an outstanding performance. The winning pitcher was Bradley, now 8-0. He tossed 5 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 4 and fanning 7. Robert Gsellman got the save, his 2nd in 2 chances.
Making an impact for Cleveland was first baseman Dustin Pedroia. Laser Show drilled a 2-run home run off Jose Quintana in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, Pedroia went 1-4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
