Pittsburg Anchors closer Tony Wiley said he loves to come into the game when the outcome is in jeopardy.

He certainly did a good job of impacting his team's outcomes this season, as he has been named the winner of the 2058 Reliever of the Year for the Pecos League.

"There's no better feeling than running in from the bullpen with the game on the line and your heart pumping," Wiley said.

On the season, the Hamilton, Missouri native had 3 saves in 21 relief appearances, 97 strikeouts in 62 innings and a record of 5 wins and 3 losses to go with his 2.03 ERA.

He received 14 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Thomas Robinson of the Martinez Mackerel finished second in voting, while Kyung-wan Hyeon of the Trinidad Triggers finished third.
