No Late-Season Magic Coming: Trinidad Out of Playoffs Wednesday, August 13th , 2059 At times during the season, it seemed like the Trinidad Triggers might put together a promising campaign, but it was not to be. Today, the Trinidad Triggers are left waiting for next year after being mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. Trinidad last appeared in the postseason in 2057. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 22 times in their 40-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Triggers have made the playoffs 5 times. Trinidad last won the Pecos Championship in 2052. |
