The Phillies were mathematically eliminated from contention today. Philadelphia (GCL) last appeared in the postseason in 2053. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 36 times in their 39-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Phillies have only made the playoffs once. |
