6-Hit Blitz by New York N (GCL)'s Robles Tuesday, August 6th , 2058 Luis Robles exploded for a barrage of base hits at Champion Stadium. The New York N (GCL) second baseman had a field day in his team's 21-14 triumph over the Atlanta (GCL) Braves, finishing 6-for-7. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Robles must have focused at least 6 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Luis Robles singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit a two-run single in the 4th, walked in the 6th, singled in the 7th, hit a two-run single in the 8th, singled in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
