For many, it might come around only once in a career -- and for David Arbaiza, it came around today. The 20-year-old shortstop scattered hits all over Field of the Pipeliners to pace the 12-6 Philadelphia (GCL) Phillies victory over the New York A (GCL) Yankees. New York A (GCL) skipper told reporters in the press room that "Arbaiza deserves a hat-tip." "He hit some good pitches against us," he said. "In fact, according to our scouting reports, Arbaiza hit several that he is not supposed to be able to hit." David Arbaiza singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 7th.
