Barnaby Boosts Hit Streak to 20 Games Saturday, August 27th , 2061 Atlanta (GCL) second baseman Scott Barnaby keeps on racking up hits every time he plays. His hitting streak now stands at 20 games after collecting 1 hit at Champion Stadium. The Braves earned the 17-6 victory over the Boston (GCL) Red Sox. "I have been seeing the ball really good the last few weeks, but I am a bit surprised how things are working out," Barnaby said. "I've gotten a couple flares to drop in, so I've also been a little lucky." Scott Barnaby flied out in the 1st, walked in a run in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th and hit an RBI single in the 6th.
