Tunis Bangs Out 5 Base Hits Tuesday, June 23rd , 2037 It was a big day for Rusty Tunis and he brought the Morristown Nationals along for the ride. Tunis led his club to a 14-0 victory over the Eden Red Sox today at Las Américas Complex, smoking Eden pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The 19-year-old second baseman later called the victory "sweet." Rusty Tunis hit a two-run single in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th and hit an RBI single in the 6th.
