Daytona's Pretz Sidelined for Season Saturday, September 11th , 2060 The Daytona Tortugas were dealt a blow today when starting pitcher Josh Pretz left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Pretz has suffered a damaged elbow ligament and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. Checking out his stats for the season, Pretz has racked up 11 wins and 6 losses in 24 starts, posted a 3.72 ERA, and struck out 71 batters in 133 innings. |
