CC Star of the Week Announced Monday, September 6th , 2060 The Fayetteville Woodpeckers received word today that second baseman Ron Kujawski was selected CAR/CAL Player of the Week for his stellar performance in last week's games. Kujawski took full advantage of all 30 plate appearances last week as he hit .519 with 14 hits, 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This year, Kujawski is hitting at a .354 pace with 21 home runs and 65 RBIs. He has played in 84 games and scored 55 times. |
