Millican Selected PCL's Best Player
Wednesday, October 1st , 2059
The manager of the Salt Lake Bees said he thinks Jon Millican is only going to get better as he gets older.

He may only be 23, but it will be hard to top the second baseman's 2059 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the Pacific Coast League Most Valuable Player Award.

His winning campaign featured a .347 batting average and a .391 on-base percentage this year. In 126 games he piled up 178 hits, 16 doubles, 1 triple, 18 home runs, 56 RBIs and 89 runs scored.

He received 14 first place votes out of a possible 30. Steve Clifton of the Salt Lake Bees finished second in voting with 13 first place votes, while Ian Valerino of the Salt Lake Bees finished third.
