Playoffs? No Chance for Indianapolis Friday, August 22nd , 2059 It certainly could have been worse this year for the Indianapolis Indians, but that does not mean it was a season to remember. The team was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. Indianapolis last appeared in the postseason in 2050. This is their 9th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 34 times in their 37-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Indians have only made the playoffs once. Indianapolis last won the Triple A Championship in 2030. |
