The Fresno Grizzlies took on the Iowa Cubs at Principal Park.
The Fresno Grizzlies met little resistance from the Iowa Cubs, beating them, 12-3, at Principal Park. Josh Strickland led the way. He was 3 for 6 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for Fresno. Fresno now sits at 63-69, while Iowa falls to 70-62.
Gary Cashmann had a key at-bat with one out in the top of the second for Fresno. With the bases loaded and the Grizzlies leading 1-0, he hit a sacrifice fly.
