Reno and El Paso duked it out and the Aces came out victorious.

Reno parlayed a decent outing from starter David Pesqueira into a solid win over the El Paso Chihuahuas. The final score was 5-2. The Aces now have a record of 56-67 with the win over El Paso.

Reno used the timely hitting of Adrian Booker to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Aces on top, 4-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

Reno manager commended his team for exhibiting "no shortage of effort."
