Round Rock Defeats Reno, 7-4
|
The Round Rock Express polished off the Reno Aces by the score of 7-4. The largest share of the credit belonged to third baseman Billy Mills. Mills was 2-3 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI for the Express. The winning pitcher was 25-year old left-handed pitcher Joel Castle. He tossed 91 pitches over 6 innings, allowing 4 runs on 6 hits. The win hiked the Round Rock record to 67-42.
