The Daytona Tortugas finished off the Florida Fire Frogs, 5-4. Much of the credit belonged to second baseman Luis Campo. Campo was 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk, while scoring 2 times for the Tortugas. The Tortugas, at 63-71, sit in 4th place in the FSL North.
Had Campo not come through in the bottom of the eighth, who knows how the game would've ended? But with two down, Campo hit a run-scoring single. The Tortugas took the lead, 5-4, and never looked back.
"You get some opportunities, you better take advantage of them," said Florida manager .
