TD Ballpark was the site for FSL North action featuring the Daytona Tortugas and Dunedin Blue Jays.
The Dunedin Blue Jays beat the Daytona Tortugas, 9-4, at TD Ballpark. Josh Fontaine, in particular, was impressive. He went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The winning pitcher was Dan Abraham. He's now 1-3. He went 7 innings, allowing 4 runs on 5 hits for the Blue Jays.
Tony Pena, who is tied for 6th in the FSL in total bases with 133, chipped in a 2-run home run for Dunedin in the bottom of the first. For the game, the third baseman had 3 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 2 singles, 2 runs scored, and 2 runs batted in.
