Storm Chasers Earn 9-5 Win Versus El Paso
The Omaha Storm Chasers had to overcome a big game from El Paso center fielder Marc Nycum to leave Southwest University park with a victory. And they did, winning, 9-5. Nycum was 3-3 with a double and 2 singles. He scored 2 times. Dennis Zigay, now 3-0, was credited with the win in 3 innings of relief. He allowed 1 run on 3 hits, while striking out 0 and walking 0. Omaha now sits at 23-39, while El Paso falls to 27-35.

In the top of the sixth, Nate Boswell delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and a runner on 3rd, the Omaha left fielder hit a run-scoring single, putting the Storm Chasers in front, 9-5.
