Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Wind Surge
The Oklahoma City Dodgers got a superb performance from pitcher Josh Melvin, but the Wichita Wind Surge still won the game, 5-4. Melvin threw 6.0 innings of shutout ball. With the win, the Wind Surge have a record of 25-21.

The Wind Surge procured the win, in large part because of center fielder Joe Calindo. In the bottom of the 11th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

In postgame comments, Calindo said, "I think we gave the fans their money's worth."
