The Arizona (AZL) Diamondbacks dealt the Chicago N (AZL) Cubs a 6-3 loss at Sloan Park. Coby Foster was the star on offense. He went 2 for 3 with a home run, a triple, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. The save went to Eric Touchet, his 12th this season. The Diamondbacks have now reeled off 6 straight wins.

Foster had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a 1-1 fastball from Jose Cartaya, he banged a 3-run home run to left-center, giving the Diamondbacks a 5-2 lead. It was the 5th home run of the year for Foster.

Foster attributed the win to "a well-rounded effort by the whole team."
